I did see Dr Langford at the walk-in clinic in Kamloops and feel that when discussing my issue I was being heard and he was very sympathetic towards my situation. This visit was most definitely positive!

Needed to address removal of infected stitches because my surgeon was “on holidays”. Dr Langford was very much the professional and handled my concerns and personal situation extremely well.

Very dismissive of of issues, and tells you your problems are all in your head.

Saw this Dr at a walk-in clinic. Usually I can’t even articulate my issues properly due to my anxiety about Dr’s and being judged by them. His demeanour immediately put me ease and he really knows his stuff! He knew all the specialists I’ve seen and was able to kindly and patiently direct my nervous babbling in the proper direction to understand me. I’m not one to leave reviews but he’s so amazing I just had to and apparently this is the 2nd time he has impressed me as I see another review from me in 2018! These are probably the only reviews I’ve been compelled to do as my experience was so good and it’s the same Dr! Amazing!

I spent several hours in ER and Dr. Langford was most informative and did all the tests required to ascertain what had happened to me. In triage he told me he may not be talking to me again, but did have time to stop and explain what was going on. I have read some negative comments here and people need to realize ER is not a 1 to 1 doctor visit. My observations of Dr. L. was that he was on top of patients' needs and doing thorough testing and evaluation for them. He was kind and professional and obviously respected by the other ER staff.

My girlfriend went into urgent care clinic for her chronic pain disorder to try and get a doctor note so she could have her hours modified, after standing outside in -34 weather we got an appointment and shortly after saw the doctor, in the first ten seconds he shut my girlfriend down said “do I look like a puppet” and told her she’s to young to have what she has (even though he had never heard of it). He than said I can’t do anything and sent us on our way. Biggest piece of sh*t I have ever met.

Have seen him in ER several times now. Kind, gentle, humorous. Listens to what I say and asks questions several different ways to make sure there’s no misunderstandings. ER wait times are far too long, but this has no bearing on him.

I have really bad anxiety, esp. about Drs! It takes me days to get the nerve to go and I have to be absolutely desperate for help. I also have painful dystonia that best treatment is benzo’s. So of course I am always treated like a drug seeker. I went to ER a mess! This Dr was kind, understanding, patient, and treated me with respect! He increased one of my meds which was helpful and he prescribed meds to help me get through a tough period. I will be forever grateful for his kindness and understanding, it’s so rare these days.

My wife has been suffering debilitating neck pain for months to the point where two hours of sleep is a good night. So she spends the morning going to the Kamloops Urgent Care Clinic for a consult, where "doctor" Langford looks at an old x-ray and says her neck looks fine, and what miracle are you expecting today? Issues a requisition for a new x-ray but doesn't sign it or even add his information to it. Requisition gets rejected by the imaging lab because it wasn't signed. Five hours wasted for absolutely NOTHING.
