Dr. B is excellent. She guided me through marriage issues, helped me see where my own stuff was getting in the way of seeing things accurately and she coached me in my executive life so that I could more effective. Best part: she never makes you feel defective.

Dr. Barrie is as professional as they come. She is a deeply spiritual person, yet she never makes moral judgments or expects you to have a faith-based frame of reference. I will admit I was a little leery about going to a "Christian Psychologist" but she represents the very highest ideals of faith and in fact she has helped me feel a lot less judgmental toward people who follow religion. As a psychologist she is kind and caring, but she knows how to tell you what you need to hear and she sticks with her clients even when things are difficult. Highly recommended!

I found her to be very arrogant and uncaring. My condition was made worse by the way she handled my therapy. She really does not have a clue how to diagnose. When I continued to get worse she told me she did not care what happened to me. She told me she could not help me and to not come back. I asked to see my file and I was never allowed to view it.

I don't even know why I stumbled on this site...I saw Dr. Barrie years ago and now live in the very place that I visualized in her office years ago. She is more than a psychologist...she is a soul finder and I am very thankful. "Life is good."

Seems to be too dependent on drugs for treatment. Not very helpful when it came to handling stepchild.

Dr. Barrie is totally holistic in her approach to mental health. She worked with my doctor to help me get the tests I need, she gave me advice on different ways that could help me help myself, but most of all--she just listened to me without judging me and helped me feel ok just for I am. She gave me confidence in what I already knew about what I needed to heal.

I'm currently 20 years old and have been seeing Barrie since I was in the 9th grade. Words cannot convey what she and her staff have done for me and my family. I am not exaggerating when I say Barrie saved my life.

Her testing helped same our family and her therapy session have brought us together in our love and faith, she has been the only doctor who found the answers and gave us such guidance with our loved son. Thank God for Dr. Barrie.
