My 16 year old son started Accutane treatments for severe acne nearly 2 months ago. Dr. Fiedler was very encouraging and has a wonderful way with her patients. Although a couple of members of her staff bordered on rude during a recent visit, that should have no bearing on Dr. Fiedler's competence. I would highly recommend her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fiedler's for several years. My former dermatologist from NYC referred me to her, and I couldn't be happier. He told me that she was one of the best dermatologists with whom he had ever worked. She is always pleasant, extremely knowlegeable, and genuinely cares about me.

Uncaring, not personable, insensitive. Would not return to her nor her associate.
