Terrible excuse for a dentist. Will force you to take the most expensive option when cheaper alternatives exist

Dr. Joel Crosby left me with a hole in my tooth when I asked for a full filling instead of a temporary filling. He got huffy when I told him I did not want the more expensive crown option and denied me service. When I posted a poor review about his dreadful treatment he canceled my payment plan that was in place to cover the insanely expensive root canal he performed. Avoid this man he will leave you in pain and hide behind his rude secretaries like the coward he is.

I have just started what will be a long and sometimes painful dental journey. My first appointment was over 4 hours of Dr. Crosby standing (yes standing) without a break. I had some mild sedation, you can choose from no sedation up to having an anesthesiologists put you under general anaesthetic (each level of sedation priced accordingly). It's been a week and now that the swelling is down and although I've noticed some small issues, I'm confident that Dr. Crosby will fix them.

Dr. is my life saver. He is a phenomenal dentist and a master craftsman! He is kind and compassionate....yet funny and professional. He's just the perfect dentist! I have severe phobia of dentist - after a rough experience as a child. Then neglected my teeth for WAY too long. And yet Dr. Crosby has still been able to work miracles - and continues to do so. He cares about his patients, does fantastic work, surrounds himself with high caliber hygienists and has terrific hours of service! The new office is in a terrific location with great parking too!

He always made me feel comfortable even though I was a nervous patient. He even called me at home after hours to make sure I was feeling okay after my root canal. Dr Crosby is kind, knowledgeable, and takes time to explain things.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Crosby. Thorough and professional, yet gentle and kind -- a perfect mix for someone with dental anxiety issues, like me. He performed a root canal on me yesterday, and I had no pain, no tears, and no complaints whatsoever. A great dentist and a great practice. Highly, highly recommend.

Great dentist... Was off for a bit but is now back and working at Daniel Daniel Dentistry in Halifax! I was so happy to find him again.
