I felt heard by Dr. Cisneros who seemed determined to figure out why I was feeling so awful even though I live very healthy. He ran blood work that gave me the answer and I truly believe he saved my life.

When my son was diagnosed with severe milk allergy, he was very kind and patient in explaining me about the care, issues and even referred me to obtain knowledge about how to cope with the issue. He is very knowledgeable and thorough with the process in explaining. I would highly recommend him.

We love Dr. Cisneros. He takes his time with the appointment. Explains things thoroughly and now that my daughter is a teen he directs his questions and directions towards her, making her more in charge of her own health. He is truly the best doctor we have been to.

I was so very hopeful. After a year of struggling with my baby having acid reflux, food intolerances and 4 hrs of sleep a night I was so very hopeful that this man would help me and my son. He was very kind when I told him our story and he listened to everything. After I was done talking he asked me if I was a “new mom” and completely dismissed me afterwards. The rashes that my son was having and his reaction symptoms couldn’t possibly be from foods he ate. He said babys wake up multiple times a night for many reasons. (Which yes they do however not with us I knew why he was walking up every hour on the hour). He also asked me to prove to him how I knew my son had acid reflux. To top all of this all off I was told to wean my son off his reflux medication before the appointment because it was also an antihistamine and they wanted to do allergy testing. After my son went through an incredibly painful acid rebound from the medication wean and was arching his back and screaming in pain. After the hour of telling him my story and him dismissing me he was about to send me home without allergy testing!! I asked him to do it and he came back with 3 vials and only tested for 3 things… he said he doesn’t think my child has allergies and that we would test for more some other time. So my son went through this pain for nothing. I left and sobbed in my car to my husband because I had never felt so alone, unheard, and played off to he a fool. I’ve made to feel completely alone by our medical system. My son has extensive food intolerances. He reacts with rashes, reflux, vomit and wild behaviors we have not tried the top allergens yet as we are terrified and have no support. I know my son and for this man who is supposed to help me instead made me out to be a fool.

I've been seeing Dr. Cisneros since I was around 5 or 6, I'm 24 now and still seeing him! He's really a great doctor I would 100% suggest him for anyone thinking about seeing an allergist.
