Been going here ten years. Last 3 visits were horrible. Avoid "Linnea" if possible if you HAVE to go here.

Have been a patient at Columbine Family Practice and Dr Crockett for over 12 years. Have referred many of my friends. She is an incredible Dr and is constantly updating her knowledge and patient care. I can always get an appointment within one day and often same day. Her front office staff are always efficient and courteous. The nurses are so kind. The Dr's are all so easy to talk to and show they care.
I'm so surprised by the other comments I read. This office and staff are A+. Anyone will be happy (and lucky) to come there. :)

Have gone here for many years and refuse to tolerate the rude staff any longer. The receptionists never call back with test results, it's like pulling teeth to get an appt. Dr Crockett doesn't listen to patient needs, every time I see her she spends MY appointment talking about HER kids! What a waste of time and money this place is. If they cared more about patients I would stick around but it's obvious they don't.

Stacey is great! The others are iffy. Dr C sticks to the only bring 3 issues to discuss. She pushes the sleep apena, allergy test. Even if the jerk was asleep when I had to pee at 3:00am! I told him I will have to go about that time.. never helped me. I was wrestling around with the "infared cameras" for help.. I have unusal sleep pattern! REALLY! Only likes to provide bandaids. I used to think she knew of good speciality doctors.. I have had to find my own. Probably becuase she has had bad help at her practice and YES, all the GOOD Drs. left to go to CR! They were sooooooo goood! Prompt and attentive and accurate on diagnosing issues.

Have issues w/my neck & indicated I couldn't sleep, was fatigued. Don't ever say that, I was issued a sleep study. They are pushing these big time. I still have neck issues. I'm still looking for someone to help me with my neck, muscles, migraines. Dr. C is still good, sad it used to tbe the BEST place to go. The other godd Drs. left to go to C.Rock awhile back.

This office has a huge turnover of staff. One example is during the Christmas holiday, temp doctors were brought in. When I questioned being prescribed a $118 bottle of cough syrup (totally unnecessary to spend that much money out-of-pocket) the new temp doctor on duty the following day denied me any cough syrup because "she doesn't believe in cough surpressents" and she had never even seen me - she was overriding the temp doctor's prescriptions from the day before. I've also noticed that call backs are slow and the staff seems somewhat disorganized and doesn not consider any history in your files. I will not go back to this office for any reason.

We have been going to Columbine Family Practice for about 10 years. We're not now. In the last two years they have had quite a bit of turnover both with office staff and medical professionals. We have had recurrent problems with diagnoses, mis-scheduled appointments, getting callbacks days later, personnel being completely unprepared for the appointment. When we requested that our family's complete medical records be given to us, they effectively refused. When they transferred records to our new pediatrician, some of the information was left out, which led to our 18 month old being immunized twice for the same thing, and missing an immunization that he should have had. I've been very disappointed with them and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
