I have been going to this office for years and after MANY issues I am fed up. Two years ago they told my husband that a spot on his back was fine and nothing to worry about. Over the next year I kept an eye on it. I know it was something. At his next yearly appt. they said it was Skin Cancer. The doctor missed that one!! Last month I had an accident, I called and requested a call back from a doctor at 8am, by 7 pm no phone call was returned. I phoned back to make sure they would call before leaving, they said they would. NO CALL was ever made! If you want good care...DO NOT GO SEE THIS DOCTOR OR ANYONE IN THIS PRATICE!!!

I have COPD and need to see a doctor when I get a respitory infection. I was 2-3 minutes late and the Doctor couldn't see me. This is right after the 2006 blizzard with snow everywhere and I wasn't that late. It was lunch time and the office WAS EMPTY. MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 11:45, AFTER SIGNING IN AND SITTING DOWN. I WAS CALLED TO THE RECP. AND WAS TOLD THEY COULDN'T SEE ME. THE TIME ON HER CLOCK WAS 11:48. NOW I WILL HAVE TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT. I GUESS THE DOCTOR DON'T CARE ABOUT HER PATIENTS. IF THEY DIDN'T WANT TO SEE ME THEY SHOULD OF NEVER HAD ME COME IN THE FIRST PLACE.
