Dangerous, unethical, incompetent, senile. Dr. Ellen Roback should not be allowed to practice medicine.

Terry Willard and Jana Henry, who work for Dr. Sally Burbank, say “Dr. Ellen Roback should retire” and for the some of the reasons listed above, and because Dr. Ellen Roback makes so many mistakes. When Dr. Burbank is out of town, dangerous senile Dr. Roback is Dr. Burbank’s covering partner. Dr. Burbank’s medical records on all her patients are handwritten messy slop filled with wrong things, as well as missing information whenever Dr. Burbank gives a sample away that hurts a patient. Dr. Roback and Patricia Mansfiled as well as Dr. Burbank’s non-law following staff shared wrong and false information about one of her long term patients, and hurt the patient. The patient had gone to the hospital for followup from a fall after being given two medications which have major contraindications. The hospital missed it, and misdiagnosed the patient, all because of Dr. Burbank’s unprofessional staff and covering partner, dangerous senile Dr. Roback and Patricia Mansfield. Dr. Burbank has said for years “this is one of her most health conscious patients and takes great care of herself.” The patient is also a teacher in health. Dr. Roback told the hospital wrong information, and the hospital treated the patient as a mental patient, which the patient had NEVER been. When any place starts the “mental illness” so-called “treatments,” it is a system of dehumanization. They beat the patient up, the patient was permanently injured. Dr. Roback gossiped and gossiped to the doctors and hospital staff, Dr. Roback felt real important gossiping and giving her “medical opinion,” which is worthless. Upon Dr. Burbank’s return, Dr. Burbank was visibly mortified to see the FALSE information communicated about her patient. Dr. Roback went into hiding after inventing and in a derogatory way false information about a patient. Dr. Roback was terrified she was going to prison for violating HIPAA, and causing harm to a patient. The hospital did not know what blood tests to run, and Jana Henry and Dr. Roback and others in Burbank’s office told the hospital incorrect information which left the patient without a necessary medicine after Dr. Roback playing big shot. Dr. Roback is an arrogant sorry human being who should never be allowed to practice medicine. Dr. Burbank keeps her to help her cover for all her careless mistakes too.

Do not go see this doctor!!! She is not very knowledgeable about symptoms of SAD and does not appear to have any care or concern for her patients. I left the office in tears and she could have cared less.

Very abrupt with a great sense of self importance. Not very knowledgeable and waits for you to ask questions instead of taking the lead and explaining the problem. Kept waiting for 20-30 minutes every visit and she has what appears to be a very small practice. No tact and deals out bad news like she could care less. Gave up and changed drs.

Her staff told me her practice was mostly women. Maybe that is why she seemed uncomfortable treating a male patient. It seemed to me she was very closed minded to any idea about a problem other than her own.
