Today I saw Dr Levin I want to comment on my experience. She was excellent in my opinion.
She addressed all my concerns and provided me with a thorough explanation about my concerns.

I had high hopes because of her high rating. I don't know if it was just a bad day but I found her to be dismissing and rude. I actually left feeling like she probably hates her job or at least her specialty. She warmed up a bit at the end but maybe because I started to look frustrated and upset. Really, really bad first opinion.

My mother had terrible experience with family doctor and emergency dept. doctor and was left in terrible pain with attempted wax cleaning from her ear. Sought out and made appointment with Dr. Levin. Staff fit mum in quickly and Dr. Levin was awesome with mum. She was aware of how frightened mum was and took lots of time dealing with the cleaning. The previous attempts had only pushed the wax up against the ear drum. I would recommend her to anyone. Her manner is consistent with every visit. My mother is in her 90's and Dr. Levin treated her just like one would expect with their own mother.

I had been referred to Dr. Levin after a number of repeated outer ear infections that continued to recur. Not one doctor at this point had suggested an ear culture, and she did one immediately on my first visit with her. She called me back with the results and informed me that the reason why the infection kept recurring was because the strain of bacteria in my ear was resistant to what had been prescribed. She prescribed new antibiotics for me and that finally resolved the problem! After a year of repeated infections, I wish that I had been referred to her sooner. My experience with her has been excellent!

Arrived to appointment, Dr. Levin took me in on time. Found she was very knowledgeable and friendly, treated me same day, I asked alot of questions and she had very good answers for them all, never felt rushed at all. Excellent doctor, she will be my first call from now on!

Have been seeing Dr.levin for about a year with no luck. I honestly think she made my situation worse by not taking actions, horrible doctor, absolutely frustrated!!!!

My first visit to her and I was extremely pleased. A few years ago I went to a different ENT specialist who gave me the same exam and it was a somewhat painful experience. This was not the case this time. Dr Levin is very thorough, polite, professional, and has a sense of humour to boot! Using some of her ideas I already am noticing an improvement in my condition. We are fortunate to have doctors like her.

My 11 month old son was referred to Dr. Levin by my GP after having the most awful experience with another ENT (Dr. Fishman - the absolute worst doctor in Canada) so I was nervous and hesitant with her. To my delight she immediately diagnosed and treated my son successfully and improved his quality of life drastically. Excellent bed side manner, was very clear in her directives and I will always be thankful for her intervention.

In my opinion this doctor is incompetent. She failed to recognize late stage throat cancer that was positively identified a couple months later by Selkirk emergency as stage four. Her staff is the worst, not returning calls losing my file and blaming their mistakes on the patients. She has a good bedside manner but in my case was certainly more interested in her upcoming leave than my cancer.
