I was scared of a root canal but after it was over I will never worry when my Dentist says I need one. Thank you Dr. Melker and your staff for such great care!

Dr. Melker performed a root canal for me. He did a fantastic job. He explained everything upfront and his assistant explained how much it would cost me. This is truly a good way of doing business. I got an impression that he could do his job with closed eyes. That's how good he is. I am also glad I finally found an honest and expert doctor in his field. In fact, I read some feedbacks right here in this Website so I thought it would be a good idea to write something about him and tell others about my experience. Thanks Dr. Melker.

I think I echo most everyone when I say that Dr Melker is a first rate medical professional. My regular dentist referred me for a dreaded root canal and let me just say that either everything I've heard about how painful an awful it is is wrong, or Dr Melker just takes the time to ensure its as painless as possible. I've only lived in tampa for a short time and such a relief to have found a perfect doctor on the first try! The staff is also top notch! I highly recommend that if you need work done, call Dr Melker FIRST! It will save a lot of trouble and time:)

I did this rating because, even though getting root canal is not fun, and i am a big baby and cannot tolerate pain very well. dr. melker makes it prety much pain free, for any kind of endo work i would highly recommend Dr. Melker, and besides all that, he seems like a very sweet man to boot! also office staff was very, very nice and He called me later that day, which was very kind and he feels very assesable if you need him........I will go back and recommend him to anyone

Dr. Melker was amazing! This was my first root canal. He explained everything and made sure I was doing well throughout the procedure. I was quite surprised that he called me at home the next day to make sure I was doing O.K. Would only go back to Dr. Melker if I needed to have another root canal. Highly recommend him.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when we called for quotes and information I needed. They were very friendly and professional in the office when I came in for my procedure. Dr. Melker had the best bedside manners ever(if that is what you would call it). He was VERY nice and made me feel very comfortable explaining to me exactly what he was going to do. His equipment used is state of the art! Also, I was very suprised to recieve a phone call from the Dr. later that evening checking on me. I will DEFINETLY use him in the future and I recommend him 100%!!

Dr. Melker fixed a root canal done by another endo in another state. Without a doubt, the best dental experience I have ever seen. If you do not use Dr. Melker for root canal work, you are making a mistake. Do yourself a favor, and see him!

This was my first visit to New Tampa Endodontics. My dentist referred me to Dr. Melker, saying he was the best in the area. As promised, Dr. Melker and his staff were wonderful! I am a big chicken when it comes to so much as a dental cleaning but everyone put me at ease. Everything was spotless. I had a morning appointment, got there early and didn't have to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. He had the most up to date equipment I'd ever seen. Dr. Melker took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. This was not my first root canal, but it was the "best" one I ever had. After numbing me the proceedure was no worse than getting a filling, of course it was much more detailed. Dr. Melker even took the time to call that evening to see how I was doing. Please note I drove 35 minutes to get there passing numerous other dental offices. I will continue to make the drive should I ever need another endodontic treatment.
