dr che is the worst doctor ever - he hangs up on his clients and doesn't connect them with a solution. he should loose his license effective immediately

After 3 months of waiting for a referral to a specialist that he said he was wanting me to see, I have called him 12 times and he is refusing to send me.
All I can do now is go to the ER and have them send me.

The ONLY reason my elderly mother continued dealing with him (but this will end very soon) is because he’s the only chinese-speaking doctor in the area and she has limited mobility. His time is allotted for patients with certain status (i.e. if you/your family are wealthy and/or influential people); otherwise he is too “busy” to even review the scans or test results which he initiated, let alone follow-up on any ongoing healthy issues. This is not just solely our experience, but many others in the community had said the same. I can go on for pages & pages to list all the times he failed & literally jeopardized my mother’s health. If there’s an option for zero star, that’s what I will put down for his rating.

did not listen at all to my concerns and was really unpleasant. they fit me in same day quickly which was nice, although i wish i would’ve known it was a waste of time. he just disregarded everything i was saying and getting frustrated that i was asking questions. not friendly at all.

I have been a patient for many years, and found Dr. Che to consistently be one of the finest doctors in Fort Erie. He is very astute, has a good sense of humour and acts quickly when he finds any cause for concern. His staff mirrors his pleasant efficency. He is a true gem especially in these trying times.

Long wait time. Could not diagnose a racing heart beat. Refers you to the worst Specialist he can find. Goes to his microphone before you are finished speaking to him. Take a week to fill a refill. My mother finally took a heart attack because he sent her home without even listening to her heart. Glad to see someone reported him to College of Physicians and Surgeons. Would never recommend him to anyone.
