Excellent doctor! Went above and beyond. So friendly and took the extra time to explain everything to me in details. Great followup as well. His receptionists are wonderful and on the ball. Highly recommend Dr Zack!!

In reading some of these negative comments below, I definitely agree. We are all talking about the same man. I found him to be rude and condescending to my mother in all areas. Ugh! Who does he think he is to treat elderly clients like this?

What a odd ball. Only wanted me to sign up for cataract surgery with him. Got mad when I asked questions and wanted to wait for eye surgery. Then went on and on about my retina, which is not what I asked. Scared the heck out of me about going blind and then said, "I can't answer that, I don't do it." And then left. What the heck? Egotistical much?

He was Very rude and didn’t seem to really care. Staff wasnt friendly either. Won’t be going back.

My dad was diagnosed by Dr Zack & was provided emergency care by him on a day the office was closed.5 stars to Dr Zack's professionalism,expertise &his genuine concern for his patients.

Had two appointments with Dr. Zack’s office. First was short one to see the technician. The 2nd time with a couple more technicians as well as Dr. Zack. I found his entire staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. After reading the negative comments on Dr. Zack, I was a bit apprehensive, but as pleasantly surprised at how NICE he was. He explained everything to me and I already have my cataract surgeries booked. Would recommend him to my friends or family.

I found Dr. Zack to be extremely professional and helpful, and on the day of my cataract surgery he was so kind. Also, I had a great result from the surgery - I was amazed and relieved at how short and painless the procedure was, and my vision has improved dramatically. Can't wait to have the other eye done. I have recommended Dr. Zack to a number of my friends, and I hope they get in touch with him.

I totally agree with the other patient who wrote, Dr Zack is is TOTALLY RUDE, CONDESCENDING AND INSULTING!! Will not return to his office and would NEVER recommend him to anyone.

waited 7 months for appointment. went for several appointments with techs for tests. had appointment with DR. that the office cancelled and said they would rebook. After no response for a couple of months I called and was told I was back on wait list and had to wait till I was contacted like it or not that how its done. 6 months later call again and am told I have to go back to referring Dr. pay for another exam and be referred again . I will go elsewhere.
