I have previously had three appointments with Dr. T. Every time I arrived for my appointment, I had such an unpleasant experience with the Receptionist. So very, very, very unprofessional and rude each and every time. Also Dr. T. raised her voice at me several times because I had put some weight on. I am now seeing another Cardiologist for my Echo Cardiograms.

Direct, thorough,explains clearly, sets priorities, and expectations- as she expects you to follow the required protocol for your best results. so; listen.
We are lucky she has chosen to practice all this time in Niagara. I find comfort she is overseeing my condition.

Explained nothing during my appointment about treatment plans or what she thought was wrong and made back handed comments about my weight for the entire 5 minutes I actually saw her. Her nurse/tech that did my echo was absolutely lovely though

I continue to have a good experience with both Dr. Tannous and her staff. Dr. Tannous has been helpful and informative and has offered me help with heart issues and other medical issues, sometimes offering more results then my regular Practioner. The staff are always pleasant with me and call me by name and are helpful. As far as punctuality, as with any doctor there may be a slight wait time, as consumers/patients ask a lot of questions, as do their loved ones who go to the appointment with them, and this takes time. Dr. Tannous will take the time to answer your questions.

Dr. Tannous herself is nice, helpful and knowledgeable but her staff are horrendous. It’s a cold vibe when you enter the office and the staff look miserable and treat you just as such. I will be asking for a new referral based on my interaction there.

Dr. T. not very congenial.- always late. Has an abrasive type of way of communicating. The Receptionist is the worst I have encountered. I've been to the office as a referral a few times and she is the same for each visit. So rude and sarcastic. Pitiful way to greet patients who are there for a good reason and there is no excuse to treat us with no respect. She must hate her job or she just has no consideration for others.
