Receptionist needs to retire. She is rude and uncaring. I hate having to call office and I hate being called honey by her. I am very happy with Dr. Tannous but not so much with staff.

Rude Doctor and staff.....pretended to not know who I was when I had a major heart attack.......then forgot to mention I needed to go back to Hamilton after my stress test to have another angiogram as there was a "problem" again!!! NEVER went back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The receptionist needs to take a pill and listen to patients calling before making decisions that are not hers to make.

The person at the desk who picked up the phone is rude and unhelpful. Maybe a patient isn't important to you but a patient is someone's parent or grand parent etc. The life of the patient is important to the family of that patient. When a life depends on you....get cracking!

Had an appt today an was pleasantly surprised on how sweet an personable she was not only did she thoroughly check out my heart she checked out other issues and is following up on them more so then my own family practitioner I highly recommend her

Be cautious. She will prescribe many medications, for my mother, some unnecessary! Didn't listen to concerns or acknowledge that she was aware of the latest research regarding a medication protocol. Concerned.

Very dismissive. I had a diagnosis for a heart problem 10 years ago, and after an ECG, she now says I don't have one. Either way, this is problematic. The Ministry should look into this as this is a terrible waste of our health care dollars. Am going to Hamilton, where you can rely on the doctors. for future consultations.

I think this Dr. should retire, she has no interest in the patient and clearly her diagnostic skills and observation are non existent. Her secretary should not be allowed to give patients ECG's as she is not a trained medical person. Just nasty should be looked into by licensing Board that governs Doctors.
