Terrible staff at the front desk. They don't answer the phone, and when you leave a message they don't call you back. When you can't get ahold of your Dr. during a serious issue it is very concerning. I will be changing drs as much as I like Dr. Benson because of the very poorly run office.

Will not see another doctor! Dr. Benson takes the time to listen and really cares. I am not just a number in her computer and that means a lot..

When I met Dr. Benson she had just graduated, a the top of her class, from Emory Medical School. She was in another practice and I have followed her around for years, even though I live in another state. I still feel very confident about her expertise and her compassion for her patients. I believe that she is an outstanding physician. That said, the "business-model of medical care" is difficult for any modern physicians office to avoid and it is hard for us seniors to adjust to it. Dr. Benson now has a large, busy practice and her staff is not always well organized but I can put up with a little inconvenience for the quality of her medical care

Dr Benson is the best Dr I have been to in my life and I am 68 years old. She is without a doubt the best of the best.

This is a business- model of medical care. Dr. Benson, if I ever see her, is not a good listener, wants to see her 15 patients per hour, uses too many Poorly supervised PAs, talks about her own problems, and isn't able to deal well with educated clients. She over relies on tests and electronics. My electronic medical record is only correct because I spent an hour with her tech correcting it (my medical conditions and medications were incorrect in her system). She pushes early Medicare entry whether it's a benefit to the patient or not. She is not a geriatrician. I will be finding a less impersonal, less business oriented physician shortly,
