Went to Dr Rogal because of physical therapist Dr Rogal is rude and feels you should be in pain would I recommend Dr. Rogal to a rat no run from this nasty man.

Shoulder surgery. Always have extremely long wait time. Rushes through appt. Says PT doesnt know what theyre talking about and im fine. Still have pain and sensitivity. Rush to get back to work. Been off 1 month.

Michael Rogal is the consummate professional. He is compassionate when he needs to be, but tough when the situation needs it. He replaced both my knees in 2003 and 2006 and I will choose him to do my hips (coming). If you are looking for a comedian friend, forget it. He's a surgeon foremost. Take your pick. I wanted the best surgeon and got it.

Waited almost 2 hours. Rude and argumentative, and didn't help at all. Still in pain even though he said everything was fine.

3 hour waits for appt., rushes in and out without going over options, does not return calls or have staff return calls even after surgery is scheduled and then he changes the surgery date because he overbooked after you were scheduled, thinks he is great but he is just an a-hole trying to roll through as many patients as he can for the money but does not care about his patients

This man is technologically impaired and close minded. He performed a complex total reconstructive knee surgery on me, and 1. Didn't use a nerve block, because he doesn't "believe in them". GIVE ME A BREAK! The surgeon I went to see after his attempt failed to fix my knee said it is an essential part of pain relief post-op so you do not have to be on loads of narcotics, and trust me, it was a god send. 2. He put my leg in a cast. The team of doctors at UPMC Southside where my doctor was located jaws dropped when I told them this. Casts should no longer be used on legs so you can help with the pain and swelling with a cryo cuff. The students there said it was a question on one of their tests. My foot swelled to the point it looked like it was about to burst because of the cast. It also constantly rubbed on my 8 inch incision and hurt severely. 3. Pompous, and doesn't care what comes out of your mouth. As many times as I plead for pain relief, especially since I have fibro, he said no.
