Burschtin asked questions, but didn't listen to my answers. He filed a request for a sleep study with my insurance company. it was denied. A good doctor will defend his own request in an appeal. He did not.. I called his office many times , most of those calls went directly to an anwering machine, and none were returned. What's wrong with his office staff? The insurance company said information was missing from the doctor's request-- i had to get that form from the doctor to file another appeal. again, no reply to phone calls or emails. It doesn't matter how smart a doctor is, if he doesn't help you, he's no good. Bad staff, bad doctor.

Cold, cold, cold. Acts like talking to patients is painful. Shares nothing. barely answers questions. Staff may be pleasant, but they aren't exactly well trained as during my sleep study one member kept tightening my mask to the extreme and the other would appear and say that I needed to wear the mask as loose as possible.
