The BEST DOCTOR ever!!! I have been a patient of his since 1985 and have been Blessed to know him. I have moved away from the Charlotte area but if needed would drive the 5 hours back.

Desk staff depends on the location - CMC Main has the friendliest and most helpful desk staff I have ever encountered at a doctor's office, the Pineville location lacks helpfulness and is about what you would expect anywhere. Physicians Assistants at both locations need to consult with Dr. Sigmon before making recommendations so be sure you ask if they have consulted with Dr. Sigmon. Dr. Sigmon himself is the best doctor I have ever had for my Crohn's Disease of 35 years in duration. I have never waited in either location for more than fifteen minutes unless Dr. Sigmon had an emergency procedure which only happened once in the decade I have been going to him.

A+ service! I went to 7 doctors before I found Dr. Sigmon. The other Doctor's ignored my symptoms. By the time I found Dr. Sigmon I was down to 90 pounds. He was the only doctor that listened. I was diagnosed with Crohns. When I was sick he would call be personally. The other doctors never called...never even gave me my results even when I was pretty sick.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sigmon's since 1990. Throughout my serious bout with Crohn's he was phenominal. He is warm, caring, remembers you, is very supportive and knowledgeable.ve. His assistant, Janina, is one of a kind. Prompt response, compassion, knowledge. I feel he & I are joined at the hip until one of us is no longer here. I have recommended him to others and they have thanked me, as they too were very pleased. I am a Sr. citizen, have lived many places, but think he is one of the finest doctors I have met.

Dr. Sigmon was excellent. He worked with me and kept trying things until my condition improved.I must say he was as excited as I was to see improvement and jumped sort of up and down like a young boy would if something wonderful had happened.it made me really see how hard he tries to find answers and cures for his patients.he puts his whole mind and heart into what he does.a true healer is what I can and do say about dr sigmon.you will not find a more dedicated doctor or staff of workers and nurses than this practice has.I recommend them 100%.

Dr. Sigmon was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. He is a wonderful doctor. I was nervous about my condition and the procedures and he managed to put me at ease. He is wonderfully patient, listens well and responds thoughtfully!

Dr.Sigmon is a wonderful physician. He has experience, a great bedside manner, and great empathy for his patients. Dr. Sigmon has been my doctor for the past 7 years and I wouldn't change for anything. I would highly recommend him.
