The Dr is wonderful but the staff is another story. Catch them on a busy day & they get stressed & get very rude. Actually witnessed secretary loose her patience with an elderly woman & raised her voice. If it wasn't for the Dr I'd go elsewhere

I absolutely Love Dr. Iovanel. She is a real person , down to earth and doesn't have what most doctors have and that's "The God complex". This is so very important for me I am not comfortable with people in general, I'm distrusting for many reasons . The "Snooty" people are the worst they have an " I'm better than you" attitude that makes me nervous. But Dr. Iovanel is one of the most humble down to earth individual that I have ever met. She's not just a doctor, she's a friend!! I HIghly recommend her!
