Dr. Surbey has been my doctor (he also treated my Dad) for over 20 years. He has seen me through kidney stones, hypertension and cancer as well as all of those other little things that crop up from time-to-time as you get older. He has always shown a great deal of concern and skill in dealing with these issues and I know that if I take a problem to him it will have his full attention. There may be other family doctors as good as Glenn Surbey but I am highly confident that there are none better. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Surbey to anyone.

I found Dr Surbey to be compassionate, helpful, knowledgeable, and a great listener. If you have a medical problem, you have his total attention.I have different medical problems that were addressed in a timely manner. He has been my doctor for 13 year as well as my daughter and her family. He delivered 2 of my grandsons and is there for me during my recent loss of my mother. I cannot thank him enough for being there. He is a very competent doctor. Nancy is always helpful. I never found any problem with the staff. Treat them with respect and you will be treated accordingly,

I have become very frustrated with Dr Surbey and his office. The last two appts that I have made with Dr Surbey had to be rescheduled because he was on vacation(my appts were made months in advance)-they notified me only 2 days before the appt that it needed to be rescheduled. I am a working mom and believe me, it is not easy to take the time off work (which had already been arranged when I got the cancellation call), . I find this very inconsiderate of a doctor. What is even more frustrating is when I have to call back to reschedule, I am on hold for at least 15 minutes until I can speak with someone. Also, a third time in the last year I ended up having to come back again because they didn't have sufficient vaccination for my son. Dr Surbey does an adequate job of treating us but the way his office is run is completely unacceptable. I will be changing doctors as soon as I can find someone to switch to.

Dr. Surbey himself is knowledgeable and helpful, however the way his office runs is TERRIBLE. I have changed doctors solely based on the re-occurring incidents I have experienced at this office: (1) I have to book my appointment AT LEAST 2 weeks in advance. By the time I actually see the Dr, my symptoms are worse or they've cleared up on it's own without guidance or help. (2) on NUMEROUS occasions, Dr. Surbey has cancelled on me. After waiting a couple of weeks to see him, you can imagine how frustrating this is. Upon canceling, I have been asked re-book an appointment about 4-6 weeks after my original request for an appointment. (3) I have waited at LEAST an hour in the waiting room every time I go. I have once waited up to 2.5 hours for a 10-15 min. appointment - a total waste of my day and not at all efficient. (4) the staff is not friendly nor attentive, and come off lazy /rude. - I must say that I am SO pleased with my NEW DR. who is accommodating but still very knowledgeable.

Glenn is a very good doctor, professional and helpful. The only complaint that I have is the length of time between medical appts as this is really the only medical resource that we have to ensure the overall quality of our health.

I find Dr. Surbey outstanding. I find him thorough & caring. He has been my doctor for 3 years. I am not impressed with his staff as I find them cold and not helpful. When I call I almost feel like I am bothering them.

My son and I are patients of Dr. Surbey and I only have positive things to say about him. Punctual, to the point and very knowledgeable. My family doctor of 30 years retired and I was certain I would never find another dr. like him - I was wrong. His referrals for my son have been amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Surbey if and when he takes on new patients. His staff could be a bit more friendly when patients arrive, however, they are always helpful when I have questions when I am there or when I call.

Dr Surbey is the best! I am having some medical issues at the moment, and I can walk in to his office at any time and he will see me. He genuinely cares about me and my family. I would never change family Dr.'s. I have been his patient for 15 years and am so grateful.

Dr. Surbey is helpful enough, but when I can't get an appointment for my son WHILE he's sick, what's the point?? My son is sick now! Of course I end up going to the walk-in clinic. I am always told he has nothing available for two weeks. And when I do get an appointment, he only sees children during a 2 hour window on certain days of the week. Also, he charges for absolutely everything: like charging my husband for a referral to a podiatrist for orthotics. Isn't that what doctors are supposed to do?! Also, he wanted $$ (more than other doctors charge) to remove an inflamed skin tag...come on! He also tells you to book follow-up appointments for every single thing. He's just milking the system and us. I am not happy and just wish there were more doctor's available.
