I found Dr. Ross to be a less than helpful and attentive to my medical needs. She is fine for check ups, but when I went to her for a larger issue she spent most of the appointment typing what I was telling her and then very quick to give me a medication without actually spending time talking to me. When asked about the medications, diagnosis, she very quick to leave the office. She is also patronizing. When confronted, she was very quick to be defensive. I ended up in the hospital because of her poor diagnosis. When I followed up with her, she was very quick to take credit for what the hospital said. She is nice, but she does not like to give referrals for specialists, she does not listen, very rushed and does not listen.

Dr Ross is the best doctor I have ever had. She has been my primary car doctor for over 10 years and even though I have moved far away, I will still make the trip to see her. She is a wonderful, caring and attentive doctor.

Dr. Ross is the best doctor I have ever had in my life. She is professional, smart, caring and committed to her patients. I couldn't believe how much time she was willing to spend asking questions about nutrition, lifestyle, etc., rather than just trying to identify symptoms. I have recommended her to all my friends, and I cannot imagine ever going to another primary care physician. You will not find anyone better.
