Lauren Browne MD is one of the most uninformed, insensitive and rudest health care professionals I've had the unfortunate chance of meeting. Zero bedside manner and unhelpful when it comes to answering any medical questions. I would never recommend. "Doctor" was quick to dismiss questions, cut you off mid sentence, and Jump to assumptions as to your background knowledge/needs/concerns. As a healthcare professional myself, I find This behavior completely unacceptable.

Dr. Browne was very calming and reassuring as I prepared to undergo a procedure that had me worried. She fully explained what she planned to do during the procedure and what course she would take if "x" or "y" happened. I highly recommend her. Her staff was also very good. I was treated with courtesy and respect and made to feel very comfortable. Also, this was the first time I've ever had someone insert my IV on the first try, and with such minimal pain (I have small veins). All in all, it was a very positive experience.

Did not educate patient on appropriate follow up treatment. Filed insurance under incorrect code. Would not correct code for payment. Continued billing patient for incorrect code. Proceeded to notify collection agency for doctor billing error.
