First off, her front staff can be just a little more considerate when I have inquires over the phone and in person. They always make me feel like I'm wasting their time and their have better thing to do then talk to me. But the kicker came when I was shocked to find out that she never even read my recent lab results that clearly state I should go back for further testing (her response was Im totally fine). Needless to say, I'm shopping around for another Doctor, someone who cares.

I started seeing Dr. Kauffman about 3 or 4 years ago. I find her to be compassionate, considerate, and conscientious. Her respect for her patient's time is phenomenol and I'm rarely kept waiting. When she is behind, it's usually because a patient was late. Dr. Kauffman takes the time to listen and books follow-up appointments appropriately. She takes the time to ensure you book your annual physical in a timely fashion. I find her to be straight forward and to the point, which is appreciated. One of the reasons I hesitate to move away from the area, is because I know that it will be hard, if not impossible, to find such a dedicated doctor like Dr. Kauffman. She's a rare breed in this day and age of social medicine. Other doctors (and many of them) should take a leaf out of Dr. Kauffman's book!

Found her to be compassionate and no nonsense. Punctual for the most part. Knowledgeable and did not hesitate to refer to specialist or for a second opinion when required. Perhaps needs a refresher on drug interactions.

Dr. Kauffman is simply a wonderful doctor. She is straightforward, no nonsense, caring , compassionate and very knowledgeable. She has been my family's doctor for the past 7 years and she has always been available. reliable and comforting. Her office staff, especially Angie is just terrific. Angie will always fit us in even we truly need to be seen.

Dr. Kauffman is an outstanding Doctor. She has helped me and my family in so many ways. She is very professional and knows her medicine very thoroughly. Most of all she is very compassionate and caring. While she appears to have a busy practise, she always does whatever it takes to accomodate me. She always goes beyond the call of duty. In this day and age it is very difficult to find such extraordinary Family MD's. Many thanks to her. Our family is grateful for her service over many years now.

I DO NOT recommend this person as a "doctor", along with her "assistants" - for ONE reason - they mock you when you kindly ask them to pronounce your name correctly. How can you take them seriously when they certainly lack mature, and professional conduct. I transferred my records.

I am so blessed and fortunate to have Dr. Kauffman. I've known her for the past 12 years and she has been the most kind, caring, dedicated doctor you could ever want. When I'm sick i can always rely on Dr. Kauffman's diagnosis and advise to help me feel better. Recently through a physical she found a nodule on my thyroid and she immediately referred me to a specialist. The specialist was so surprised that Dr. Kauffman was able to find something so small but that's the type of knowledgeable doctor she is. She has always taken excellent care of me and i will always be grateful to her and her staff. Thank you Dr.Kauffman

Dr. Kauffman has been my doctor for a number of years but I am fortunate enough to also call her my friend. She is a wonderful diagnostician and has the ability to always put me at ease whenever something is not quite right. She always makes time to listen to all of my concerns without making me rushed. I was referred to Kauffman through many friends that are her patients. One friend asked her if she would take me as a new patient because my previous doctor refused to let me see a psecialis for the problems i was having at the time. Kauffman gave me an appt ASAP. She did a complete physical and got me into a specialist immediately! She is compassionate and doesn't beat around the bush. She tells you what the issues are and how to fix them. She insists on regular annual physicals and follows up all the time. I don't have a drug plan so she gives me samples of meds to help me out with not paying full pop for prescriptions. Truly an amazing woman!
