I am having a lot of bone pain since chemo and NP's are treating me like I'm not in pain. It makes me want to quit chemo so I won't be in pain! I didn't ask for this and I'm being treated like I'm lying about my pain!! I just want to give up!

I am not pleased with this office at all. Even having the first apt. of the day, I have always waited an hour in the waiting room then close to another half hour in the patient room. after my surgery results, Dr, Kloss referred me to Rochester for a second opinion on what the following treatment should be after have a cancerous lung tumor removed, There after I went and had a Petscan.. I am STILL in waiting for his return call on the results! I was told last week it was out of office, i was told Monday after the second call to them. he would return my call at the end of the day.. Well it is now Wednesday, So I called again. and the nurse was very rude! said he HAS TO REVIEW THEM AND AFTER HE DOES HE WILL CALL YOU BACK............After this I will be doing all my follow-up with Rochester!

To start, the nurses who administer the Chemotherapy are great and very helpful. Now that being said, I have had some issues with Dr Kloss. His notes, if they exist, are terrible. He over medicated me with cumadin (a blood thinner). The wait is typically long (an hour+). Some of that can be over looked, but he loves the internet and has stated multiple times that he had to look up what was going on on the internet. Must be I was diagnosed with WebMD. If you are going to look up a patient's symptoms, don't tell the patient you are going to use the internet... I can do that myself.
