I really liked this doctor however I transferred out because she has some seriously rude staff. Didn't care for the nurse or some of the MA's here. Lady at front desk can be rude at times too

Dr Carrington is in Watertown. She hasn't been with Westside Medical in a long time. Anyhow I was her patient for about a year. I liked her and liked her MA Cindy. One day I go for an appt. I got the LPN Michelle who was so nasty ( she took my BP and weight wrong). She tells me my weight was 195 and my BP was 160/100. Mind you Dr. C knows I never had high BP. Even in talking to Michelle on the phone she was nasty and defensive - Due to Michelle who was a big turn off - I left that practice - within a month I established a new PCP My weight was 185 and BP was 120/70. I highly doubt I lost 10 lbs in 1 month. Michelle is a nutcase and a bad LPN ( hope she got fired) some of the other staff needs to go ( they lie and create drama) Their corporate office and staff is awful. I'm blessed I no longer go here

Was her patient for like a year. I liked her MA Cindy who's no longer there. They bring on a LPN Michelle who took my BP and insisted and got defensive it was high -like 170/90. Dr C takes it and gets 130/70. The few times dealing with Michelle on the phone she was so nasty and unprofessional - also when she weighed me she said I was 195 - I no longer go here . A month later I went to a new PCP they weighed me 10 pounds less than that nasty LPN ( I really hope Michelle was terminated she's a horrible nurse with a rotten persona)

Like the doctor not so much the staff. Yes, the LPN is very nasty ( moody) I've heard staff bad mouth patients

Was a patient for a while. She did labs on me . My vitamin D was low. She prescribed me to take Vitamin D. I did She never bothered to recheck my levels to see if they got better. I now longer go here. But current doctor checked my vitamin D and it was very very low. Said Dr C should've had me continue on vitamin D. I will too agree with the below ratings. LPN is rude and so is some of the staff. Dr C seems like she doesn't care about certain patients. I was one of them. Do I reccomend this office? No

I was a patient for about a year. There where times I called and LPN Michelle was nasty to me - she has a snotty demeanor. I also saw the report she made of my conversation with her. She lied about most of that conversation. I also saw Beckys report she too lied about some of the conversation. On this note I'm glad I no longer am a patient. Rude staff and rude corporate. They lie and not honest about matters. The LPN should of been terminated!' I never had anyone speak to me in such a nasty manner. I like how she told the office I screamed at her and called many names. Total lie!!' She yelled at me and had an attitude of the bat. Yes, she's insane!! That is all

I've been a patient for a year. Liked her in the beginning not so much now. I love how the LPN
took my blood pressure and said it was 160/90. Mind you I have never ranged that high - it's always 120/70 range ( the highest 130/80. When I asked her to take it again she got defensive On other occasions LPN was rude to me. I brought it up with doctor and manager. The nasty LPN still works there. I will agree with they do lie in this office : re certain issues. I've been lied to by Becky and the LPN. I go elsewhere now

Dr. Is ok. However, the staff if they know your on state assistance they treat you differently. Some of the front staff and the LPN will talk down to you or treat you poorly

Didn't like dr. The staff is indeed horrible. Michele, the nurse is rude and nasty. This office lies and plays games. Christine Russo, the operations manager had a rotten attitude - I don't reccomend this office or Franklin Medical Group some seriously nasty folks!!
