I have been his patient for approximately 10 yrs. He has always been interested in any complaints I may have, will take the time to review labs results with me, and never watches the clock. Anyone patients needing to contact him directly should use the "patient portal" as he reviews it several times per day to have direct contact with his patient. This bypasses the front desk!

I have found Dr. Spanolios to be very good. He is easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and seems to listen to my concerns. He is very detail oriented.

I've had a terrible time getting him to believe me, I guess because I'm a woman??? Not a good person to see if you are a woman and have a serious illness.

I have been suffering with a serious medical condition for a long time and he comes down to he doesn't believe me. He has been grossly negligent.

competent doc, staff interaction was too short to judge, but that is not my main concern when going to a physician. He is patient, knowledgeable, friendly and to the point. That's what I am looking for in a doctor. FYI I am one myself and no, I have no personal connection to Dr. Spanolios.

Staff is the worst and doctor not experienced enough and will not even call back to talk to the patient and lets his staff consult for him.

dr. spanolios is a very good doctor. very polite and likes that i come into the appointment prepared and knowledgeable. unfortunately, the front office staff/receptionists are horrendous,and not so prompt about return calls when i need to get in there for an illness. the doctor good/front desk bad

Iknow you dont count the awful office staff in ratings..maybe you should have a separate section on this. The head receptionist is the sourest, unfriendly, unhelpful lady who thinks she has this job for life and doesn't have to be anything but what she is. A fool! More than one patient has changed offices, and its too bad the doctors dont know (or care?)about it.

Dr. Spanolios is an excellent Doctor in every way. But, I've had two very disagreeable experiences. I realize that this web site is about physicians, not office staff, but don't the physicians hear about any of the complaints?
