I've been a patient of Dr. Spanolios for about 3 years. He is one of the brightest doctors I have ever had; he's also detail-oriented, polite, and professional. My whole family goes to him and wouldn't imagine going to anyone else. My only complaint is his staff--they are impatient, quite cold, and not very helpful. Regardless, I would highly recommend this doctor!

I have mixed feelings with respect to this location/physician. Yeah the office staff aren't the greatest...very prompt to turn the phones off at 1155am for lunch too which is annoying. They are generally slow to call back at times. The time that I was with Dr. Spanolios seemed somewhat extensive which was surprising to me. I did not notice that he was looking at his watch or anything, but was just surprised with his differential diagnosis (which ended not being correct after all even with consultation with another physician in the practice. I've seen him twice so far and am interested in a third appointment...this is make or break time.

Dr. Spanolios is a very bright guy who, unfortunately, does not live up to his potential. He spends more time looking at his watch than in listening to his patients or in trying to figure out what's wrong. Because he's so concerned about his time, he leaps to conclusions without thinking things through, and relies far more on the almighty numbers on lab tests than on the patient's symptoms, which he doesn't have time to listen to. His office staff is atrocious. The last time I tried to make an appointment about a serious problem they refused to let me because my insurance had changed, and they did not accept my new insurance. When I offered to pay cash, they refused. They also refused to even pass on a message to the doctor. Bye bye Dr. Spanolios!
