A+ all around, never walk out feeling like questions were not answered

We've been at the practice for about 15 years and have been very happy with Dr. Lavalette and Jen (APRN). They are kind, helpful and great with kids. With the exception of the woman who covers the front window (check in), the nurses and other staff are fantastic.

Wonderful Doctor. We have been going to him for the last 8 years for our 2 kids and couldn't be happier. He takes time to explain, treats each child as an individual, works with them and looks at their all round development - both physical and behavioral. His associates - Jen (APRN) and Dr. Newman are also good. Joan, the chief nurse is the best part of this office. Her advice and guidance has been invaluable over the years - from breastfeeding, to treating rashes, to sleep training, to tween issues... she's been there. However, the other nurses are not really capable and don't listen very well. I just learned to work around them.
The only bad thing is the wait, esp with Dr. Lavalette but we understand that it's due to him giving time to another family like us.. so end of the day we don't mind that much.

We are very happy with Dr. Lavalette. Cant imagine raising our kids w/o his or his office.

Dr. Lavalette is a very level headed doctor. He doesn't make rash judgements and cares about the well being of the children. He understands the "human side" to medicine especially regarding children.

very unprofessional on phone, Dr Lavalette was very upset that I did not have phone no for the nearest 24 hr pharmacy ready when I called him for my daughter's condition around 2 in the morning.

It takes three visits for a proper diagnosis of a common condition. I go in and out and feel that I did not get any answers. The staff are very unprofessional and very rude. They are always in a rush to get rid of you.
