Unfortunatly I did nog get to meet the dr. I called on Feb 17th from Indianna because we were moving back to Decatur and I now have a baby. I spoke with Erin and was told to fill out the new patient packet for my daughter and fax it back to them. I called today because I couldnt find my note about when my apt was. They could not find my paperwork. I then said either the fax didnt go thru or it was misplaced. I then said I would send it again. 2 min after I hung up frank from their office called and stated that I called Erin a liar and that they would not accept me as a new patient. I called back and told Erin that I did not call her a liar what I had said wad either it didnt go thru or it was misplaced. Frank got on the phone again and said there was no need for me ever to call back then hung up on me.

Dr. Brooks is the best. My children still look for carrots in their ears.

Dr. Brooks is wonderful and always answers my questions on a level anybody can understand. I would refer him to any parent with children looking for a pediatrician.
