Dallas was not only my doc. He was a friend. I am one of the reasons he ran late. We’d start talking outdoors and hunting and my medical issues intertwined. I miss him. He was a healer, and genuinely cared about all aspects, so if he was late it was because he need to be with someone mor than the 7minutes and office visit is to last. Haters gotta hate I guess

Dr. Popick was my dad’s doctor before he retired. Dr. Popick treated Dad with such respect. He really cared about Dad and gave good care. He sent a requisition to Home Care For an assessment for assisted living when concerned about Dad’s falls . He cared , was knowledgeable & compassionate. He helped us by having 3 of us siblings met 2 help convince Dad to stop driving at 92.Caring, treated Dad with dignity .

Dr. Popick has been my doctor since the day I was born. (In Rosetown) Was very happy when I went into the walk in clinic on 8th street to find he was working there. He became my official family doctor in Saskatoon in 2005 and I have followed him to Harold road. Also kind and able to assist me.

Dr Popick has been my mom and dads dr for years. He sloughs off their problems as signs of age and does not offer further suggestions and treatments. His punctuality is terrible. He was an hour late. His staff are automated dummies who repeat their processes and do not consider extenuating circumstances. Do NOT see him.

I've been seeing him for years, care has slowly declined. He's been documenting a unknown issues with my back for years not trying to solve it.

Honestly the worst when it comes to mental health. Would take a month just to see him only for me to be rushed out of the room with medication that doesn't work and a referral that he will take 3 months just to send over. Unempathetic and would constantly encourage me to wean off of my antidepressants after repeatedly telling him that I have been dealing with depression and anxiety for 10+ years and that its not situational. Don't think he understands how depression works (Still believes its made up). Definitely would not recommend. After 1 appointment with my new doctor, already put on medication that's working and had a referral sent out the same day (probably same hour after I left) and was contacted 2 hours after my appointment with my referral. For mental health issues, find a more reliable and competent doctor.

I am extremely unhappy with this Dr., my parents Dr. My Mom has been misdiagnosed for YEARS! And we now find out she has something much more serious that he completely disregarded. We are now waiting for a form for him to fill in for insurance purposes and it has taken over 3 months and we still don't have it!!! My parents are not receiving their due diligence, something every Dr should consider extremely important.
