Dr. Jones doesn't seem to care about my health problems but radically diagnoses and prescribes pills right away. When I have asked him for referrals he has told me to go find these specialist by myself since he doesn't know anyone. Aren't my tax dollars paying for your services?? How and where would I even start to do your job??!! Plus he doesn't take the time to read my file before seeing me- he and his secretary missed a very important test result of mine which could have prevented some of my current health problems. Would not recommend this doctor to ANYONE! Probably the worse out there- Guaranteed!

The comments posted definately give me cause for concern. However, I realize that comments need to be taken with a grain of salt. It's unfortunate that the Dr. can't respond. everyone deserves to give their side.

I have been seeing Dr Jones for over 20 yrs. His care and concern is evident and if he is unsure forwards me to someone that does. The staff have always been helpful and caring. I had a heart attack scare and they were awesome, supportive and guided me in the right direction.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jones for over 10 years and during that time he has helped me through some difficult health issues. Where needed, he has referred me to the appropriate specialist and provided me with the counciling and support that I needed. His receptionist is friendly & efficient. I am able to get an appointment within a few days of calling and he is always on time. I never feel like he is rushing through my appointment to get to the next one. I like to hear about his travels and I tell him about my family - it might seem old school but if you want to be just another faceless person in the crowd, then go to a walk in clinic and let someone who wants a family doctor have one.

Shame on all of you for critizing Dr. Jones!If you have a problem with him or his staff, tell them, do not splatter it on a web site which could potentially cause a big problem. Some people have nothing better to do than to make themselves feel big by making others feel small. Perhaps if you feel uncomfortable speaking with him regarding an issue, consider writing a letter as opposed to damaging his practice.

He appears to just going through the motions as a practicing physician. It always strikes me that he wants to be elsewhere. Last year, around December, he just disappeared for a couple of weeks. I am actively seeking another doctor.

Great doctor!! I've been with him for 15+ years. I get in on time, ask for his recommendation, perhaps disagree or not, but I always feel he does what is best for my well being. And I am out in 5 minutes, I find him very congenial and most professional, as is Linda his new receptionist.

I really think he needs to go back to medical school or give it up.He has never been very helpful.I have gone to the hospital and they got me to the right DR.and the test I needed.No you never have to wait in the waiting room cause I don't believe he has many people coming to see him.He half listens to you then gets up and the appt.is over and not so much as a good bye.What do you do when there are no DR.'s to switch to but you are stuck with someone who does not care you struggle with pain everyday and can't find relief and he won't help???

I will never go see Dr. Jones again. During my physical and PAP spear was he making inappropriate comments that made me extremely uncomfortable. He misdiagnosed me and did not help me seek the proper treatment I needed. I also went to him for advice regarding sleeping problems and without further investigation he suggested she had clinical depression. I do not advise utilizing Dr. Jones' services.
