I received a call from a collection company, saying I owed this Dr. money. I had never heard of him (turns out he did a test when I was in for a procedure with a different doctor). I NEVER received a bill; it turns out that it was sent to an address I have not lived at for 6 years. They seem to be very sloppy with their billing practices; the impact of which can hurt your credit rating. As a result, I have a negative mark on my credit over a $22 bill I had never seen before.
