Service used to be excellent when she had her own office. Since joining Presbyterian, it is difficult to get appointments and staff often do not return calls.

I have never been rushed to communicate with a doctor as this doctor tries too edge me to do causing me to fotget what I was saying to begin with. I have been her patient for over two years trying to give our patient doctor relTionship a chance to get better to no avail. Still rushed I review notes to myself before entering. She's distant in exames and acts as though you should just know what you want and need when you go in. Her office is open so few hours that it makes it difficult if at all able to take care of an office mistake on the same week much less same day and they miss up every time! I have never received correct scripts and have been waiting for physical aide devices for 14 months now because she didn't know what to write once and repeatedly her office assistance has not submitted the scripts properly or has just not submitted them all together. They are always sure to apologize but 14months and I still have no shower transfer chair. That's abusive gross neglect. I will be changing doctors tomorrow! Sick of the gross neglect and a doctor who acts like she should be taking orders at a McDonald's drive through window.

As a new patient in the office I found my visit to be very punctual and pleasant, I was very pleased that the office is so technologically advanced. Dr. Rhymes address my concerns and I felt confident with her recommendations.

l found Dr. Rhymes to be conciencious and caring. She obviously studies my chart before seeing me as she always seems to know my entire history. l'm glad Ernestine has left because l found her to be condescending.

Dr. Rhymes has been my primary care doctor for many years. Her greatest weakness is that she is the least curious doctor I have ever met. Prospective patients need to be proactive and upfront about their own medical needs, don't expect her to do much probing or prodding or engage in any independent investigations. She never follows up about anything. She is a good listener but it's passive not proactive listening and while she can be compassionate, again, it's a passive not active compassion. On the other hand she is easy to talk to, I never had to wait more than a few days to see her, she is always on time, and she does have a reasonable amount of knowledge. So overall I'd rate her as average.

I have been a patient for several years. Today, I finally found another female doctor who is accepting new patients. Thankfully, I now don't have to go to Dr. Rhymes for my yearly pseudo-physical tomorrow. I have never had a doctor who was so unprofessional. She focuses on her computer entering info almost the entire time I'm talking to her. Her attempts at giving a physical are laughable. I have never had a physician do a pap smear whilst standing at arms length from the table and reaching out to take the smear as though my vagina might bite her. She does a breast exam THROUGH THE GOWN without ever actually seeing the breast or checking for discharges. Instead of checking for skin cancers by actually LOOKING at my skin, she simply asks if I have noticed any odd moles, etc. Since I don't have eyes in the back of my head, it is disturbing that she doesn't check areas I can't easily see for skin cancer by at least looking at them. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone!

dr rhymes barely seems to care or take notice of my mother during our appointments. i am switching to another doctor. she take almost no interest in all with her care. she just phones it in. the receptionist is terrible. you can not get an appt. you literally have to show up in person to get answers. the new nurse sue is compassionate and kind but also does not return calls. i would not recommend dr rhymes at all.

I found Dr. Rhymes condescending and not interested enough to look at a bed sore. Her comment was I am not interested in that at the moment. So I was not interested in having her be the main physician in charge.

Dr Rhymes is a good doctor but needs a trained, skilled clinic manager. Ernestine, the nurse, can be so rude and condescending to patients which reflects on Dr Rhymes. Dr Rhymes is subject to malpractice issues because of Ernestine's limited and unprofessional communication skills. I have been a patient for 3 years but will change to another MD because of Ernestine, not Dr Rhymes.
