Dr. Janzen has been my Doctor since 2009. Even though he was working in a medical clinic at the time, he gave me Family Doctor style service. He was thorough, helpful and positive. When I was diagnosed with cancer, he helped me through the next 5 years of monitoring as I recovered.

Several years ago I went to see Dr. Janzen. After several years of seeing him, he told me that he couldn't prescribe me anything my chronic pain issues. Without giving me a chance to respond, he got up and left the room. I've never been given a reason why he stopped seeing me.

Used to see Dr. Janzen, but he was not honest with me at any time. Became very preachy, told me that I was dishonest and that he couldn't treat me anymore. I had severe issues with neck and shoulder pain due to a car accident that was backed up by Emergency records, but he told me that I was an addict and never to come back. But one good thing came of it. At least I found a Doctor who referred me to specialists and I'm now close to normal. Thanks for nothing Dr. Janzen. Your concern underwhelmed me.

Used to be an okay doctor to go see, but refuses to prescribe anything for severe pain due to severe arthritis and neck and shoulder pain due to a car accident.
