From the moment you enter this office, you have the feeling that everything is about swiping the OHIP card and that proves right. The staff is very rude and seems like they have no manners. The doctor likes to have you for a minute and he only seems to be interested in the money he makes and the number of patients he turns over. No patients orientation at all.

Having seen him for many years, Dr. Milad is a GREAT doctor. Visits are very quick - 1 minute sometimes. Some of his office staff loves to swipe your OHIP card. Does not like to refer to specialists. Just other doctors in the clinic. Likes to do blood tests and heart tests, (in clinic). Very knowledgeable, and will help you and listen to you when there's no rush of patients. Kind and compassionate.

not good customer service. first come first served appointment approach is good except in cases of emergency. Was suffering from a severe allergic reaction and required an immediate injection---this was not given the necessary priority. will only go back if cannot get an appointment elsewhere

I have been seeing him for 3 years and everytime I go, he sends me for various tests and have not referred me to a specialist. Once reports of tests are in, no one calls to inform you either way.

He always sends me to do same tests again and again just to make money. He made my 6 yr old son who had flu go for heart tests.

i went to another doctor for a year to no avail - after my first visit to Dr. Milad he sent me for a variety of tests and was able to diagnose me - he is also very approachable and easy to talk to
