Had an in person visit a month ago with follow up blood work. The results have been available for at least 10 days and I still feel ill and getting worse. I've called repeatedly with no response or action on their part. They either are incompetent or don't care. If you can, stay away from Dr V Pai's office.

Staff must not relay accurate information to the doctor. I have had diverticulitis two episodes in 3 weeks. I don't think he read my chart when it came from another doctor because he recommended probiotics first time without seeing me second time he recommended something for irritable bowel syndrome this time i went to the hospital and it was my diverticulitis and a bladder infection on top of it.
