Dr. Glazer and staff are fabulous, This office is one of few private practices still in existence, I found that in its self to be refreshing! I feel the comments below are not only harsh but incorrect, yes I have to call for my results but the reality is I am my own patient advocate, in this day and age its all of our responsibility!

It's hard to get to see Dr. Glazer; usually I have to see the PA who is not up to date on the latest medical information. At least one nurse can be rude and unprofessional. The office is disorganized. After one year, they didn't realize that they were prescribing a certain prescription, which makes me wonder what else they are missing. I have to follow up on my own test results. Phone call regarding a lab test was never returned. I am looking for a new doctor.

I had a serious head injury and had problems for over a year and Dr. Glazer was amazing! I've never had a doctor who listened to me more and cared for me with such compassion. Yes her office is outdated and butt ugly, but I've been to beautiful prisine offices in major US cities and NEVER got the level of care I've received at this office from this doctor!

Our family is proud to call Deb and her staff our primary care physician. I've never had an issue with lateness; and quite the contrary, they make every effort to address your immediate needs promptly... both medically and financially. The office is is small, but personal. From a medical knowledge standpoint, I don't see the tendencies other reviewers have noticed. To be honest, I'm writing this review to help counter what I feel are unfair comments. I trust Deb, Amy and the rest of the staff there with my family's health care; what more can be said?

Her manner was respectful and personable, and she seemed like she was knowlegeable and experienced, but I would look elsewhere for a doctor. Her staff made repeated mistakes with the insurance which turned into headaches for me. My test results took much longer than expected (weeks) and I had to keep prompting for them and never got a copy in the mail as requested. I also heard from a friend that she did not take his symptoms seriously enough and it turned out to be something very serious that she did not recognize.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Dr is very kind and calming but tends to focus on possible psychological aspects of symptoms more than (I think) desirable. Often feel quite rushed as if they are too busy to listen to all questions/concerns. Office is a bit shabby and doesn't seem as clinically clean as it could be.

Although I think Deb is a wonderful person and has a great bedside manner, she doesn't seem up to date on many medical procedures. I know there are a number of medical sales people in and out of her office and I think the medication she is perscribing is a direct result of the sales people of bomarding her office with samples.
