Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Dr. Claus is fantastic! He really understands children and makes them feel comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and up to date on the latest information. He is very supportive of our choices (breastfeeding vs. formula, etc.) and listens to me when I claim "mother's intuition". I have never waited more than 15min for an appt. and I've always been able to get in the same day, usually morning, for a sick visit (although not always with him). I always walk out of there feeling like my child has been well taken care of.
