Dr Kosmala was great. I have a UGD and everything went smoothly. only thing is that it has been 9 days and I haven't gotten the results of my biopsy yet. I have called twice and was told they would call me back and every time I call them the office is closed. I find the staff to be rude and unsympathetic.

Great doctor, rubbish staff. Dr. kozmala is an expert in his field. He is also very patient, and doesn't talk down to me when I ask questions. I had a problem which I thought was the flu, and it wasn't. He was great, he mentioned the flu doesn't last 6 months, and scheduled me for a colonoscapy within a week. He found the problem, fixed it, and I sleep better knowing that he is on the case. The only issue is the staff. He had to set up my test, not the staff. I told them what he said, they said 6 to 8 weeks. I had to call him back personally, and to talk to him I had to lie to get around the staff. So bitter. The staff consists of the type of people who think their business would be outstanding if they didn't have to waste time on patients. Be prepared to feel as though you asked a first time mom for their newborn baby's liver to transplant into your dog when you call and ask for an appointment. And god forbid you don't answer one of the questions quickly enough.

I really like this guy. He's friendly and upbeat. He took time to answer all my questions. I've been scoped by him to check out some stomach issues and I had him do my colonoscopy. His office staff need to communicate a little better. After picking up some sample meds, no one told me not to take them without discontinuing my current meds. That could have made me sick. So work on communication among all staff

I had a procedure done today by this doctor and I found him to be very friendly and patient and answered all my questions. He was there when I woke and came to me in recovery to check on me. Dr. Kosmala also treats my husband, who has been very happy with the doctor also. I would recommend Dr. Koslama and his group.

I saw Dr. after my fam dr. couldn't help me with some stomach pain I was having. I had to wait about 45 min's until Dr. Kosmala came in to see me. He did a 2min exam, briefly scanned my blood wk and rec'd an upper scope. I was so desperate to get relief I agreed and went in 4 days later. Dr. Kosmala was late for that too. I woke to the nurse who had no idea of Dr's findings. She said he would contact me. A few days later, a nurse contacted me to tell me my biopsy was neg. What? Why a biopsy. He was going in to have a looksy, now I had a biopsy. I asked the nurse if he found any stomach issues, cause my gut still ached and she said no but keep taking the meds dr. gave me prior to surgery. She schd a follow up appt but I never went since my stomach started to feel better with time and a diet change. I just feel, this Dr. was quick to do this procedure, I probably didn't need. I had blood work that ruled out serious conditions and the only sympt I had was stomach pain.
