The front desk is horrible! When I called to make an apt, I got the run around. When it came time for them to call to get a HH on me, I spoke to 3/4 different women, none of which knew what was going on. They kept trying to schedule me for a "procedure" when all I needed at the time was a consult. When it came time to my apt, I waited almost an hour. Dr. Chadha himself, seems knowledgeable, but the front staff is not great!!! His nurses seem nice. Working in the medical field, your front desk sets the president for the office...

When I went to make an appointment I was told that I was expected to pay between $200-$300 UP FRONT to see him because I do not have health insurance. When I explained that the number was completely asinine and I could not afford to pay that amount, the receptionist spoke down to me explaining that he "is a specialist and there are set value amounts for these things" that it "has to do with codes and other confusing things" that I just "didn't understand." This angered me, as I am currently waiting to sit for my RHIT accreditation through AHIMA, meaning that I DO understand and know how to code and bill for doctor's offices. Once I explained to her that I had never coded a chart for an office visit where a patient was required to pay $200 up front due to lack of insurance, she became annoyed and suggested I go elsewhere. I would NOT recommend Dr Chadha or any of his associates at O'Reilly Medical Consultants because apparently money is more important to them than patient care.

Great Doctor in every way possible. He takes time to listen to me. Caring and friendly. He is a super person. I would recommend him highly.
