The joke in my family is if I continue to go to this dentist I will not have any teeth left! They are right. I have lost 2 teeth and may lose another because of his lack of not doing his job or he does not know what he is doing. I've had 3 fillings and every one of them have fallen out within 2 weeks, silver (hard to screw those up) and tooth colored problem is have to drill more tooth to replace and the tooth colored fillings just crack the hole tooth. The last 2 cavities were found by the hygienist and that was after he looked at my x-rays and checked my teeth before routine cleaning! I am going to another dentist to correct the last tooth he filled that was a tiny pin sized plain as day and he missed it hygienist called him back after exam and pointed it out to him. It fell out and had to be redone and 2 weeks later I have a cracked molar and will have to have a root canal or worse lose another tooth. I question this gut's credentials and plan to seek action against this place . Do NOT GO HERE!

I hate being negative BUT I visited this office twice in a five day span and both appointments were full of confusion. I asked to be scheduled for a cleaning and possible extraction on my first visit. When I arrived, the receptionist informed me that they did not have time for cleaning because they did not know I was a new patient.(!?) I'd given my insurance ove the phone, so how could she not know. I was scheduled to return five days later and assured that I would have the cleaning and extraction. WHEN I returned for second appointment, the receptionist said "You're here on the wrong date." I had carefully written the date because I was on vacation. She was courteous enough to ask the doctor if he would see me for extraction as I was in pain. She returned to tell me that he could not.I was offered a 3rd appointment two days later, but I don't want to chance it . Nice peopl, but not organized. I need to be certain that my provider can take care of me.

I like the DR BUT I question some things all because of a crown I had for a long time and after I had been going to him for 2 yrs I asked about having it replaced and the hygenist asked him to look at it and he said there was nothing that could be done because it had decayed beneath it! News to me why was I not told this the previous 6 or so visits I had prior to that so I ended up losing that tooth. I had to have it removed and now because you can see it I have put out over 1000.00 after what my insurance would pay for oral surgery and was felt like I was under pressure to get an implant but after I found tht what theyadvertise implants for and what it is 2500.00advertised real cost in excess of 5k I had to get a partial and what an ordeal that has been. Just make sure you ask him at every check up very detailed questions and ask is there any problems that need to be addressed now!! I almost feel like the bigger the problem the more money they can get.

Dr. Inniss did a wonderful job replacing a crown for me. My bite was better than ever after his treatment. I have had my teeth cleaned at his office since 2004 & have always been very pleased. I have never had to wait more than a very few minutes & treatment was always fast & professional. I have always found the staff to be professional & courteous. I highly recommend this office.

When I first started going to Dr. Innis his staff was very nice. Over time, I have received different information depending on who you ask. Alicia, the receptionist gives out very bad information and does not seem to know anything. I will just be glad when I get my teeth completely worked on and do not have to go back.

I have been going to Dr. Iniss now for over 5 years. He is very patient and his staff is always polite. I had oral cancer a few years back and as a result I wear a prosthetic device that my teeth had to be shaved and configured for. Before going to Dr. Iniss I had many dentists tell me I need to have cavities filled even after I explained that the indentures in my teeth were for the prosthesis. I will forever remain a faithful client.

Dr. Inniss is very nice. I'd not had my teeth cleaned in a couple of years, so I was pretty nervous about being back in the chair. He was very sympathetic to my fears that the deep cleaning procedure was going to hurt. He took time to explain the results of my exam - pockets, the periodontal effect on long time between cleanings, what my options were. He answered all of my questions. I can tell he really cares about the field of dentristry and dental health. He's very knowledgable and up on the latest techniques and technology. He was thorough in going over my x-rays and checking my teeth. His staff are cool also. I have a strong gag reflex and X-rays have to be quick. His nurse was very patient and did her best to make that happen. The front staff explained all the charges and everything was kosher there. They just built a new office and it's VERY NICE - absolutely IMMACULATE. There are televsions in the patient rooms, so you have something to look at and take your mind off things.

DIRTY & DISCUSTING OFFICE! Overflowing trash cans, dirty counters and floors. I actually had to ask them to clean their equipment before working on me. Staff could not help me with a referral for an oral surgeon and charged me for services not rendered OR covered by my insurance. Stay far far away from this nasty hole in the wall and its staff!

dr. innis was very affirming and reassuring during my visit. he knew that i was very nervous about pain and he explained each very thoroughly before he started the work. i rated the rest of the staff a 4 because the assistants could have been a little more engaging. one of them were very cold and barely spoke. the overall visit was pretty good and the dentist did excellent work. i was referred to him by a friend, and i will be referring othersl.
