I love this dentist Such a dedicated person. Totally pain free work. I have my whole family goes to them and we will not change our dentist in our life.

I paid for several services. One of the services was a whitening procedure. She went through the options, which ranged from $300-$900. Each level was in $100 increments of the other. I asked what $900 got compared to the $800 service. Her exact words were, " with the $900 service, I will whiten your teeth, until you are happy". I was having some other work done, regarding fillings, which she wanted to complete prior to whitening. She continued to postpone treatments, after I paid her for the service. I was finally able to come in on Thanksgiving morning to have the initial procedure done.(11/24/15) After multiple calls (unanswered and not returned) and visits to an office, that was closed most of the time. I was able to schedule another appointment in April of 2016. She provided another whitening treatment. Several months again passed before I could schedule another whitening. Even though I had not received the results, I desired, from the first two treatments, I would have probably not taken the time to seek more treatments. After several months of attempting to contact the Dr. and schedule the third treatment, I finally did. When I arrived, she notified me she was overbooked and asked to apply a pre-treatment solution, asked if I had anything I could do for about an hour and to return for whitening, in a hour. She applied the solution, I left, and returned in an hour. When I returned, she informed me she was too busy to treat me that day and she would call me tomorrow to return for treatment. She never called. A couple months, of me trying to contact her via phone and arriving to a closed office, went by before I was able to get in touch with her. She scheduled an appointment, which I arrived for. Once again, overbooked, I was pre-treated, asked to come back in an hour. I did. Once again, I was told she would not have time to treat me that day and she would call me to reschedule. She never did. After several weeks passed, I reached her by phone. At that time, she informed me she had provided all the services she felt satisfied our agreement. I have not been able to contact her to provide the service or a refund. In addition, when she did provide services for the fillings, she brought people in off the street to act as hygienist. Neither spoke english, and I highly doubt they had any training or licensing. As I have done more research, I see that I am just one of many people who have been defrauded by this dentist.

Very bad dentist - she changes her prices on doing work 4 to 5 times. Everytime I have gone to her she changes the price from $550 - 1750.00 for the same procedure. She is a ripoff....
