This office is run in a military manner. We were ordered to come for frequent visits, during which we only sat and watched Dr. Scranton enter our test results into his computer. That's all, then we were dismissed. He charges the insurance co. for each of these visits. He is sweet & friendly at first visit, but businesslike after that. He resents answering questions His staff are all nervous wrecks. When we switched to a different doctor, we actually felt free! Dr. Scranton refused to send our records to our new doctor, despite several requests.

As a past Fire/Rescue Chief officer, for 28 years I responded to hundred's of brain injuries & strokes. Driving to a Christmass party, a concrete mixer rear ended me. Only then did I realize that Brain Injury drastically affected me personally.

Dedication on YOUR part is absolutely required, It's not a magic pill, there isn't one, I already looked!

Today is my 21st. session obtaining something I never thought I would ever see again... A thought process and memory! Thanks

I have gone to Dr. Scranton for years. He always keeps update on tests (blood, mammogram, chest X-ray, shots, etc that you may be needing, goes over your tests with you and asks to see how you are doing to be proactive. He is up to date, knowledgable and I have been happy with doctors he has recommended if needed to be seen by a specialist. Have recommended him and would again.

didn't like being questioned. He also labeled my annual checkup as Diagnostic, causing upcharges. I spent hours with insurance to prove he entered wrong codes, his reply: "I've don't it this way 20 years, if you don't like it...". I'm a guy, so he's rude to both genders. He sends annual letter asking patients for $100, and wants letter returned and checked Yes or No. Maybe its all the No's that he's rude to??

Very knowledgeable and caring. He is sensitive to the needs of patients and knows when you need to be sent to a specialist. He is thorough, has good follow-up and refers you to the best specialist in the area. His nurse, Kathy, gets a top rating from us.

Dr. Scranton is the best. He doesn't over react to symptoms but doesn't leave any stone unturned. He is proactive in treatment and very easy to talk to. He is professional, caring, and knowledgable. I am so happy to have him caring for my husband and I.
