I had my rhinoplasty done by dr. Rival in 2017. I absolutely love my results. It looks very natural and suites my face well. He has great bedside manners and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Rival is an incredible surgeon. I had several issues with my nose from previous surgery. My nose was very crooked, a terrible shape and length as well as problems breathing. He fixed everything, the results are incredible. He is so skilled, I am truly grateful that I chose him instead of another surgeon. If you are on the fence about revision rhinoplasty, I believe Dr. Rival is the best there is.

Words cannot express how truly satisfied I am with Dr. Rival’s work. I had a Rhinoplasty done 2 years ago and he has been nothing but patient and kind towards me since the procedure. He sincerely wants to make sure that you are satisfied with his work. He is incredibly professional and a master at his craft. I also need to add that his staff is amazing! Lyne makes me feel so comfortable, and her positive energy is something that I really do appreciate. Dr. Rival fixed my nose up from an injury and got rid of the build up of extra cartridge from over the years. I finally look like me again and could not be happier! He is extremely patient and kind and really makes you feel comfortable! He takes the time to explain everything you need to know and is not pushy at all. Always greets you with a kind smile and prepared me well for the weeks of recovery ahead. Results were absolutely fantastic and could not have gone any better! 11/10 Doctor! The surgery went so smoothly that I would do it again because that’s how pain free and great it was! (Not that I would ever need to because my results came out perfect!) It feels just the same as if you have a cold and stuffy nose. Just lay down and watch some tv for a few days and then you’ll be back to normal in no time! It was not scary at all because they just put you right to sleep then the next thing you know you wake up and are ready to go! When you wake up you get really cold and start shivering but they put a heated blanket on you so you become nice and warm! When they took my cast off my nose broke out in horrendous pimples (my fault because I took too long of a hot shower while still wearing the cast) but it was no issue because pimples always go away! Now I look so cute again and feel like myself again because my nose is back to normal! I would 1 million times recommend as it’s an investment that will make you feel 1 million times better in confidence! Plus I can finally breath properly again so that’s a plus! In fact, since after the surgery I no longer have allergies anymore either like I used to. It’s been about 5 months now and my nose is still a little numb but healing up well and I’m getting more and more feeling in it again. There is no scarring whatsoever and it looks beautiful!! I had my primary closed rhinoplasty last week and I am absolutely in LOVE with my results. Dr. Rival is truly the best there is and I wouldn't trust my nose with anyone else. I have had the best patient experience and a comfortable/easy recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Rival if you are considering getting your nose done - he has beautiful and natural results.

My ONLY complaint is Dr. Rival's office staff. They are truly the worst. They don't respond to emails/phone calls and they rescheduled my consultation date without telling me. However, I would gladly put up with his poor office staff to get my dream nose again.

Dr. Rival did my nose a few years ago. He did a terrible job. It’s still thankfully functional but looks fake. It looks crooked and one nostril is bigger than the other. The whole nose is slanted to one side and there’s a notch on one nostril. Very asymmetrical. There’s also a very prominent clear scar on my left alar. Ever since the nose job my nose gets blocked very quickly and I constantly sound like I have a cold. It makes my voice sound nasal. It looks like he did it in a sloppy kind of way. Oddly the cast that was placed on my nose was even done badly. It rubbed against my skin and caused a gash that left permanent redness there (again sloppy work). On the day of my surgery all the staff was disorganized and seemed confused with what to do with my medical records. I really regret going to him. I would have chosen a different doctor if I could have. At the time I really thought I did my research. I will have to save up and get a revision rhinoplasty but I will definitely not trust getting it done by him since he did a terrible job the 1st time.

After consulting 5 surgeons, I knew right away Dr. Rival would be the best choice for my septorhinoplasty. Dr. Rival shows outstanding bedside manners, and truly cares for his patients. Prior to my surgery Dr. Rival outlined in detail what needed to be fixed in order to help with my inability to breathe, and he listened carefully to all the concerns I had with the appearance of my nose. He demonstrates exceptional expertise in both the functional and cosmetic component of the nose. I'm beyond happy with my results and after 20 years I can finally breathe with my nose amazingly. Dr. Rival and his team are always there to answer any of your questions and demonstrate great patience. Both the nurses and his staff checked in on how I was doing after surgery. I highly recommend that you put your trust in Dr. Rival to perform your surgery, I don't have a single negative thing to say!

I could not say greater things about Dr. Rival. Yes I would absolutely recommend him!! He’s 10/10 at his job, and so so kind. And also the least expensive I’ve heard of. And his results look natural. He was always patient with me and definitely gave me exactly the results I was hoping for.

Amazing doctor! Care so much about his patients. He did a wonderful job on my nose - he kept it natural looking and just fixed the concerns we talked about. Also he helped fix my rhinitis that I suffered with for so many years. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
