Doctor Claasen has taken care of my boys since birth and me for the past 20 years. What an amazing doctor and clinic.

This is an extremely neglecting family doctor I have ever met! A cancer patient in 2021 and not one screening test done since now stage 4 cancer given with 3-6 months life expectancy! I would not trust this man as far as you can throw him EGO EGO EGO doesn’t even deserve the one star I gave

I Know Dr. Claasen for close to 20 years. His advises are very useful and he use common sense.

I have been seeing Dr. Claasen since he started his practice in Airdrie in 2000. (I wish he was still here) He's always been kind, compassionate, humorous and thorough. I hope he never retires!

Absolutely terrible and only interested in making a quick buck by handing out medications rather than taking the time to diagnose and appropriately treat the concern. Would absolutely not trust him to care for myself and my family!

23 years with a doc and when a medical issue arises ego gets in the way of helping a patient!

I have been a patient for over 25 years..I have found this doctor to be extremely rushy with visits he has prescribed me meds for over 20 years and I have to go in quarterly to renew I have been trying for over a week to get in I have had a terrible time getting through to just book when I call they say no you have to come in if there isn’t an appointment then come for a walk in or try calling at 8 am to see if there are any same day spots 835am calling for 35 minutes no answer for the first 15 min then rings busy get through 5 min ago rings and rings and they hang up on me. Why? Never seen such a gong show to book an appointment in my life

If your goal when you visit a doctor’s office is to leave with a prescription in hand-this physician is a good fit for you. If you want someone that is knowledgeable enough to know that antibiotics don’t cure viruses and that is willing to take the time to educate families on this when they are seeking help, I would suggest finding someone else. As a fellow health care professional, I am extremely disappointed in the care that he is providing.

Best dr in Canada. Fantstic bedside manner, knowledgeabke and never makes you feel rushed or what you have to say is not important. Takes time to explain questions in detail. To top it off, awesome sense of humor!

There are not enough stars for Dr. Claasen. Been seeing him for 15 years and will never have a GP like him again, not many doctors take the time to get to know you and listen to your concerns. I never leave his office without laughing either! Don't ever retire :)
