The moment Dr. Chan enters the room at UPCC to introduce himself, I can tell he’s very kind and caring doctor. My son visited Dr. Chan for his cough, he’s patient and knowledgeable what is best for children. We need more doctors like Dr. Chan!

Dr. Chan is a beast of a doctor. I am so thankful I got to see him twice during the worse back pain I've ever experienced in my life. He is patient, reassuring and open to hearing my worries. Also, he is willing to heed to my requests and referral aspect.

Went to Dr. Chan in Richmond UPCC for a absess. He was able to quickly determine the proper course of action, explained throughoutfully, and performed the drainage in a quick manner. Him and other staff were also very considerate and professional. Thank you!

I have seen Dr. Chan twice in Richmond ER. One time I had a rather large nasty gash in my calf from closing the car door on it. Dr. Chan stitched it up in such a way that I was amazed there was no scar. Both times he was A1! Thanks Dr. Chan!
