Horrible. Came in for a cleaning. Said i had a cavity. Filled it. Had sensitivity. Drilled and refilled cavity. Still sensitive. Made me get a root canal. Got infected. Had to have tooth extracted and inplant. Then crown. This has been nothing but a disaster. Bad. Bad. Bad. Never again! And expensive!

If I could give 10 stars in every area I would. Dr. Jayroe and his staff are amazing, this is the first dental office I've ever been to where I actually didn't want to leave.

I have always had terrible experiences with dentists and just the thought of having to go to one makes me very nervous and because of this and never finding a dentist I was comfortable with I now need extensive work. Dr. Jayroe and his staff put me at ease from the get go, he went over the work I needed and even showed me on the x-rays what it looked like when I needed a root canal or filling. The time spent and the patience that he and his staff showed me is something that I have never experienced before and because of this they have a new patient for life.

The atmosphere in the office puts you at ease, it's very soothing and comfortable and you can put on a movie or music to help you relax; the girls talk to you and make you feel like you've known them forever and Dr. Jayroe is very patient and sweet and has no problem answering any questions.

My overall experience was wonderful and I would recommend this office to anyone, especially if you've had as hard of a time as I have in finding a caring and compassionate dental team.

The absolute worst dentist I have ever visited. The office staff were very rude and obnoxious.
The dentist is extremely inexperienced and impatient.

The Dental Spa door opens and I am greeted with friendly smiles and the comfortable feeling of being in a great place. The Spa itself, was just completely renewed, with the latest equipment and technology. There is music and television if you wish, and beautiful things to enjoy on the walls and the ceiling. A soft massage for your back, is also a nice way to spend the day!

Dr Jayroe himself, is a perfectionist in every way, and he takes pride in knowing what is best for me. He takes time and patience
to explain everything he does, and I trust him without question.
Not only is Dr Craig Jayroe the best, but he's handsome too!
He has a wonderful smile, great body, and most of all, you will feel safe and confident, that you're in his very capable hands!

I am extremely pleased with Dr. Jayroe's competence and professionalism. He was extremely careful and skillful in extracting my tooth today. He provided me with all of my options so that I could make an informed choice. He answered all of my questions patiently and prepared me thoroughly for what to expect. The whole procedure was completely painless, and 8 hours later I am still not having any pain. His office is the most comfortable dental office I have ever visited, with massaging chairs, skylights and optional television. The staff are all so friendly and professional. Dr. Jayroe is obviously a kind boss and has created a happy, relaxed environment for both his patients and employees. I couldn't be happier with the service I received in his office.
