They are willing to collect more money charging me out of pocket fees than work with me as a long time client than and get reimbursed since they are a participating provider on my Insurance. Money, of course is more important to them. The best part was, I was told that they were willing to work with me, and all of a sudden, they were not willing too. The only friendly staff members I can name was Kharymar the Dental Hygienist and Heather.

My experience with Dr. Fotek was great. Until I felt very uncomfortable how the manager talked to the staff in such a malicious way in front of me. I was very shocked. She really was disrespectful in many ways and it was shocking to me to experience. I will never condone such treatment to anyone. For that reason I will not go back. They lost a me as a patient. Till this day, I wonder why the Dr. allows such treatment. Why her staff members are so bad when they were such amazing and caring to me. Pay attention how staff is treated there.... You will be shocked!!! And that manager was 100% disrespectful to me, and her amazing staff.

Very lovely dentist with a very soft touch. I love the way she took care of my bach tooth. The needles did not hurt at all. AMAZING,! I love her new facility.

Dr. Fotek is an amazing dentist , she is gentle and precise, and extremely friendly. She takes her time and answered all of my questions . I was very nervous going to the dentist but her and her staff are very understanding and I felt calm and at ease. My crown procedure was a breeze!! When she delivered my crown it was soo beautiful and I couldn't even tell it was a crown , her work is truly amazing! I highly recommend her , excellent doctor!!!!

Doctor Fotek is very Gentle and knowledgeable. She took time for her thorough exam and explained all the options I have. She looks very young but has actually been practicing for many years, I guess she must be smart. I needed to get a crown on my tooth. I was worried I needed a root canal but actually she was honest with me and said I might in future but took all the efforts to save me from additional expense. Her work is very detailed and the crown... I can't even tell which tooth it is because the crown looks like other teeth. Amazing and very warm person. Treated me very professionally and efficient.
I used to hate to go to the dentist but her hand are small, she was gentle and brings very calm atmosphere. I am thrilled I found her and would hope that everybody who wants a perfectionist, but not snobby like many other local dentist, could see her.
