Very unprofessional. Botched breast reduction surgery over 2 years ago. Had to fight with the office staff over billing. Was made to feel like they were doing me a favor in trying to fix it and make it better when they made the error. Since it’s been two years and I can no longer file a medical malpractice claim, they have cancelled my appointments and are no longer returning my messages. He has terrible communication skills and cuts you off when you talk to him and always late for appointments. Highly suggest going to someone else. Some of the staff is great including their PA Zak and Bonnie but would definitely choose a different physician.

Smug once he gets paid he might see patient 3 months late. Last visit 1 1/2 hour late what option leave if your running out of patience. While he hockin business in next room. Craziest thing is the face lift victims appear to look like the joker in Batman. Everyone, even front desk. Very scary.

I tried to make an appointment at his office, but the person who picks up the phone constantly hangs up on me. Very unprofessional.

Completely botched my augmentation. I was so furious about results I followed up with another plastic surgeon to remove. His anesthesiologist and the process of doing this in a locker room was very unprofessional and unnerving. I wish I had listened to my gut and walked out before it was too late. He convinced me to do an easier style of augmentation than I had requested. In hindsight this should have also been a clue. I am happily back to my nonaugmented state. And you know he nor his staff have not even followed up. An expensive and painful life lesson. I will never do another unnatural thing to my body. My experience with Dr. Heil was one of the worst life lessons I have ever had. Happily natural again thanks to a wonderful female breast surgeon.

I had a severe case of gynecomastia that had affected my self esteem and my life to the point where I felt like I was subhuman. I missed out on so much in life. I was a man who had large, pendulus breasts with huge nipples, to boot. Missed opportunities with potential girlfriends because I was afraid of what they'd think if my body. Quit wrestling in high school because of the torment I recieved in the locker room. Life was hell. I thought that my case in particular would cost upwards of $15,000, and I didn't know if there was any way that I'd ever be able to afford it. But my junior year of college, I found Dr. Heil. I got the surgery, and when I first saw and felt my chest for the first time I'm not afraid to say I actually cried because I was finally free. I had a normal chest with normal sized nipples. 2 years later and my chest is actually my best feature. I proudly take my shirt off at the pool and have finally been able to being females into my life. Thank you Dr. heil.

I had a Mini-Facelift and couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Heil did an incredible job and was extremely professional. Having traveled a few hours for the procedure and after care Dr. Heil was available on Sunday to see us specifically at his office. However, I would not recommend the office staff; they were, in my opinion, unprofessional, uppity and unfriendly. I would NOT return for treatments other than those that would be received directly from Dr. Heil, who again, is an incredibly skilled surgeon. Worth every penny.
