We have been going there for 10 yrs and love the staff and doctors at Kid Care. If my kids are sick they always get me in on the same day.

Although my daughter wasn't seen by Dr. Gomez she was seen by a physician in his new office, I can't even remember her name, I will not go back there. The practice seems more of a buisness than a health clinic. I work in a Dr.s office my self and I didn't feel comfortable. The staff seemed very overly concerned about insurance and verifying it, my baby was 3 days old! There are signs through out the office as to their policies!! Several signs that seemed to go on forever with their rules for your childs care. I loved the Dr. herself but I will not go back, I've found a pediatric office vs. a buis. to take my daughter to.

I've been a patient for the last 15 months. Dr. Gomez's Kid Care Pediatric clinics have a nice setup with children's movies playing, separate area for well-children visits, etc. Everyone was always unfailingly polite too. It's too much of a business for me though. This is not a place to build a relationship with your doctor. They have a very large staff, and I rarely saw the same doctor on repeated visits, only ever seeing Dr. Gomez one time. The staff doesn't seem constant either, always someone leaving and new doctors being hired. They will not offer a prescription without a doctors visit, so if you're out of town and need pink eye medication you're out of luck. This leaves me to believe the Physician's Charge is more important than my child's welfare. Sent me home with formula samples for my newborn. If you're five minutes late your appointment is canceled. Often my appointments started on time, but just as often I could wait for over an hour. I'm shopping for a new clinic now.

We have been seeing Dr G since 1999. I think he is a great doctor. Some have mentioned he is pushy with immunizations, however I have declined several he recommended and he never tried to push them on me. He has a wonderful bedside manner. Listens to all concerns and/or questions and NEVER rushes you through the appt. I highly recommend Dr G.

Now that he has a new office, we actually get in on time! My 4 year old son loves him and I love the fact that he has 3 young kids of his own. I am always leary of doctors with no kids. Very helpful and doesn't make you feel dumb when you ask questions. Now my only problem is that he has gotten so big that I had to wait a month and a half just to get my son in for his 4 year checkup! He takes sick calls that day, but I guess well checkups aren't that big of a priority.

Was our doctor very briefly. Wouldn't mskr decisions, preferred to defer to other doctors instead of making simple diagnosis on several occasions. Was pushy on immunizations that are options and not state mandatory, and on formula. Not good for breastfeeding mothers.

Dr Gomez is a nice doctor,and he seems to be very good with kids. The only down fall that i can see is it seems to me like he is picky about the immunizations .And there is some immunizations that i dont care for.

Very pro-circumcision, pro-antibiotics and pro-formula. A good doctor, just not fully in line with our wants. Still, he was good and we would have continued seeing him had we not moved so far away. He was our pediatrician during 2001
